Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant who can deliver high-quality financial solutions for clients. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions aligned with business goals.

• Lead and participate in full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.

• Conduct workshops, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.

• Prepare project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery within schedule and budget.

• Configure FICO modules:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Asset Accounting (AA)

  • Controlling (CO)

  • Product Costing

  • Profitability Analysis (COPA)

• Guide and mentor junior consultants and team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, architectural, project management).

• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer.

• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA best practices and participate in enhancing internal methodologies.

• Act as a subject matter expert for clients on SAP FICO processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA is an added advantage).

• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, preferably in consulting environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules.

• Hands-on experience in at least 5–6 end-to-end implementations.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage and lead projects independently.

• SAP S/4HANA FICO certification preferred.

• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
