Project Experience Required:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to deliver high-quality financial and controlling solutions for our clients. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, analysis, and support of the SAP S/4HANA FICO module. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.

• Lead and participate in full-cycle FICO implementations including configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.

• Conduct workshops, document business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend improvements.

• Prepare project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

• Configure FICO components such as General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.

• Guide and mentor junior consultants and support project team members.

• Work with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users.

• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and best practices.

• Act as a subject matter expert and provide strategic insights to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields; CA is an added advantage.

• 8+ years of experience as a SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant.

• Strong understanding of SAP FICO functionalities, configuration, and integration.

• Minimum 5–6 end-to-end S/4HANA FICO implementations.

• Solid understanding of financial accounting processes and reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead projects independently and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• SAP S/4HANA FICO certification preferred.

• Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
