Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Controlling modules. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, client interaction, solution design, system configuration, data migration, and post go-live support. The role requires strong accounting and finance knowledge along with hands-on SAP implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions aligned with business goals.

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation projects, including configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, prepare documentation, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.

• Configure SAP S/4HANA FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

• Handle support and migration projects along with implementation assignments.

• Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.

• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and other SAP module consultants for seamless system integration.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.

• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA FICO and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA FICO updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA FICO experience.

• At least 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects completed.

• Experience in support and migration projects.

• Strong background in Accounting and Finance.

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and FICO modules.

• Candidate must be currently located in Mumbai (Churchgate / Andheri preferred).

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

• CA / Finance domain background is a strong advantage.

• SAP S/4HANA FICO certification is preferred.
