Role Overview:
Visy is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance its ServiceNow ITSM platform. The role involves administration, configuration, automation, integrations, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules while ensuring platform stability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management
Implement and maintain Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes
Manage and enhance the CMDB, ensuring accurate CI relationships and data integrity
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
Develop and maintain API integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and Intune
Configure workflows, automation, UI policies, business rules, and Flow Designer
Manage user roles, permissions, and ACLs to ensure security and compliance
Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades with minimal business impact
Review new ServiceNow features and recommend improvements aligned with business needs
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and user issues
Ensure SLA compliance and meet defined performance metrics
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow ITSM modules
Strong experience with IT Asset Management (HAM and SAM)
Proven expertise in CMDB management and ServiceNow Discovery
Strong scripting experience using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, business rules, and UI policies
Experience with REST API integrations and third-party system connectivity
Knowledge of software license compliance and IT asset lifecycle management
Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles
Ability to handle critical issues and work under pressure
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:

Certifications (Preferred):
