3–5 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow ITOM Discovery expertise.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules, particularly Discovery, ITOM, and CMDB.

Strong knowledge of Networking, Systems Administration, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with network protocols and technologies (e.g., SNMP, WMI, SSH).

Proven experience in Discovery configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
