We are looking for a highly experienced SOC Delivery Lead to oversee SOC delivery operations, ensure SLA compliance, and act as a key coordinator between the SOC team and service delivery management.
Oversee SOC service delivery and operations
Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence
Coordinate with offshore/onshore SOC teams
Manage escalations and ensure timely incident resolution
Conduct performance reviews and guide SOC teams
Provide reports to the Service Delivery Manager and Head of SOC
Extensive experience in SOC operations and delivery
Strong leadership and stakeholder management
Deep understanding of ITIL, SOC KPIs, and incident management
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL Foundation
