Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced SOC Team Lead to manage end-to-end SOC operations. The candidate must have strong team handling experience and the ability to coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager and Head of SOC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SOC operations

• Allocate tasks and manage team workload

• Monitor SLAs and ensure compliance

• Handle security incidents and escalate when required

• Prepare SOC reports and present to leadership

• Maintain documentation and ensure process adherence

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SOC operations

• Proven experience in leading SOC teams

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and SOC KPIs

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Hands-on incident response and escalation management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL Foundation
