We are hiring an experienced SOC Team Lead to manage end-to-end SOC operations. The candidate must have strong team handling experience and the ability to coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager and Head of SOC.
Lead and manage SOC operations
Allocate tasks and manage team workload
Monitor SLAs and ensure compliance
Handle security incidents and escalate when required
Prepare SOC reports and present to leadership
Maintain documentation and ensure process adherence
Strong expertise in SOC operations
Proven experience in leading SOC teams
Knowledge of ITIL processes and SOC KPIs
Strong communication and reporting skills
Hands-on incident response and escalation management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL Foundation
