Role Overview:
We are seeking a hybrid talent skilled in digital marketing, design, and video, with leadership ability to manage CRM, generate real estate leads, and align communication across marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and WhatsApp to drive qualified real estate leads.
Design social media creatives, reels, brochures, and walkthrough videos while maintaining consistent branding.
Lead and guide a CRM team of 3, ensuring timely lead follow-ups and collaboration with sales and loan departments.
Collaborate with sales teams for communication alignment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Media, or a related creative/communication field.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in digital campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp, remarketing).
Graphic design expertise (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, reels, shorts).
CRM & team management experience (lead assignment, follow-ups, reporting).
Preference for candidates with real estate or financial services background.

Creative thinker with hands-on experience in performance-driven digital marketing.
Strong design and content creation skills.
Ability to manage and guide a small team.
