Interview Process:
• Internal: 2 Virtual Rounds
• Client: Face-to-Face Round (Pune – Mandatory if requested)

Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core
• C# .NET development experience
• Microservices architecture (RabbitMQ / Kafka / Kubernetes – optional but preferred)
• Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills – High Priority
