Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and skilled TAE (Telecalling Executive) for international outbound calling processes. The candidate should have strong communication skills, previous experience in voice-based international customer handling, and the ability to meet performance targets. Prior experience in US staffing / UK / USA / Canada / Australia calling will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Excellent communication skills (spoken English must be strong)

2. Education – Any Degree / Graduation

3. 2+ years of experience in international voice process
   (Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will not be considered)

4. Experience in International Outbound Calling / Voice Process (UK / USA / Canada / Australia)

5. Prior experience in US staffing industry preferred

6. Should stay within 7–10 km distance or be willing to relocate / stay in hostel near the office

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound international calls to prospective clients or customers

• Handle queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet daily/weekly performance targets and productivity benchmarks

• Maintain communication records and update call reports

• Present products/services effectively and build client relationships

• Work closely with internal team members for process improvement

International Outbound Calling (or pick the closest available category)

This position needs to be closed on priority within two weeks. Payment will be processed 90 days after the candidate's date of joining. We’re looking for dynamic professionals with experience in international outbound calling to join our team and take their career to the next level. Interview Process: Virtual and face to face. Submit only suitable candidates. Candidates must stay within 7-10 km commutable distance or relocate and stay in hostel near the office. Voice process (International Outbound calling), prior experience in UK/USA processes and US staffing industry preferred. Good communication skills are required. Only candidates willing to commit for 2 years will be considered.
