We are looking for a Client Service Associate who will act as a bridge between clients and recruiters on the Shiftz platform.
This is a coordination and quality control role, NOT cold sales.
The role focuses on understanding client hiring needs, briefing recruiters accurately, and ensuring timely, quality candidate sourcing.
Interact with clients to understand:
Role requirements
Required skill sets
Experience levels
Salary ranges
Hiring timelines
Analyse and break down job descriptions into clear hiring criteria
Ensure complete clarity before sourcing begins
Identify and reach out to relevant recruiters on the Shiftz platform
Clearly brief recruiters on:
Role expectations
Skill requirements
Timelines
Ensure recruiters submit relevant and quality candidate profiles
Regular follow-ups with recruiters to meet deadlines
Review incoming candidate profiles for basic relevance
Flag profile mismatches or quality issues
Track hiring progress for each open role
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and status updates where required
Work closely with:
Sales teams
Platform / operations teams
Update hiring status and progress regularly
Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
1–3 years of experience in:
Recruitment coordination
Client servicing
HR operations
Staffing or hiring platforms (preferred)
Strong ability to understand and interpret job descriptions
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of recruitment workflows and hiring processes
