Role Overview:
The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, driving revenue growth, and overseeing end-to-end real estate sales operations. The role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management and Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members.
Set clear KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.

Sales and Business Development:
Plan and execute effective sales strategies for property sales and leasing.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential client segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
Drive walk-ins, site sales, direct sales, and channel partner conversions.

Client Management:
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buyer journey.
Handle escalated customer issues and close high-value deals.
Guide clients through site visits, negotiations, documentation, and final booking.
Manage premium and high-net-worth clients.

Operations and Coordination:
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure property inventories are up to date.
Coordinate with marketing, legal, CRM, and operations teams for smooth execution.
Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and closures.
Prepare and share sales MIS, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards with management.

Revenue and Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Improve conversion ratios and reduce turnaround time.
Develop strategies to enhance productivity and sales efficiency.
Forecast sales and manage monthly revenue plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a team-leading or managerial role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing, competitors, and RERA guidelines.
Proven ability to close high-ticket deals and manage premium clients.
Experience in direct sales, site sales, and channel partner handling.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, lead management systems, and sales reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
Basic understanding of legal documents such as allotment letters, agreements, and KYC.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
