Primary Skills: Delivery Manager with experience in Python and React projects on AWS

We are seeking experienced Technical Delivery Managers to lead the delivery of large-scale, cloud-native software projects. The ideal candidates should have strong technical backgrounds with proven leadership experience in delivering modern web and backend applications using Python, React.js, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and business alignment.

2. Manage cross-functional teams working on React JS, Python, Camunda, and AWS-based solutions.

3. Demonstrate deep understanding of microservices architecture and proven experience in delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS.

4. Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies effectively; experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks is a plus.

5. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

6. Maintain strong client-facing communication, managing stakeholder expectations and fostering trusted relationships.

7. Provide technical leadership and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

8. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 10–15+ years in the software industry, with at least 5 years in a delivery leadership role (e.g., Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager).

• Technical Expertise: Proven background with React JS, Python, AWS, and Camunda.

• Agile Experience: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum; SAFe experience preferred.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Agile (PMI-ACP), Scrum (PSM/CSM).

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
