✔️ Be the tech bridge between business, devs, and partners — clear, confident, and always aligned

✔️ Build & maintain integrations with Salesforce (via MuleSoft), e-commerce, ERP connectors, EDI tools

✔️ Document everything — tech specs, data flows, user guides, support docs

✔️ Gather requirements → translate → deliver → validate → repeat

✔️ Lead data migration, transformation, validation across sprints

✔️ Monitor performance, catch bugs early, fix before they break the business

✔️ Set dev standards, review code, mentor juniors, drive quality

✔️ Own SIT/UAT/regression testing — no bugs slip through

✔️ Support cutover & post-go-live — be the hero who keeps orders flowing
