We’re seeking a Technology Architect – TDM to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Test Data Management solutions. This role involves architecting scalable TDM frameworks, integrating synthetic data generation tools, and enabling secure, compliant data provisioning across environments. You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to embed TDM into CI/CD pipelines and support data-driven testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy
Define TDM architecture aligned with enterprise data governance and testing needs.
Design modular, scalable TDM frameworks using tools like Broadcom TDM, Genrocket, Delphix, and K2.
Establish synthetic data generation strategies and subsetting/masking policies.
Integrate TDM into test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Tooling & Integration
Implement data provisioning workflows across environments (ephemeral, containerized).
Automate data refresh, rollback, and versioning using TDM tools.
Enable self-service data access for testers and developers.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to align TDM strategy.
Conduct architecture reviews and mentor teams on TDM best practices.
Support client workshops, RFPs, and solution presentations.
Drive innovation in synthetic data generation and test data observability.
Must-Have Qualifications:
13+ years of experience in QA/Data Engineering with expertise in TDM architecture.
Hands-on expertise in Broadcom TDM, Genrocket, Delphix, and K2.
Strong understanding of data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation.
Experience integrating TDM into CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell) and working with relational/non-relational databases.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to cloud-native data platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP BigQuery).
Experience with containerized environments and ephemeral test setups.
Familiarity with data observability tools and lineage tracking.
Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom.
Certifications in data privacy, cloud platforms, or TDM tools.
