Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MBA in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering preferred)

Job Summary:
The Technology Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery of large and complex technology projects by leveraging appropriate frameworks. This role focuses on managing scope, risks, service quality, cost, and overall project profitability. The candidate will also play a key role in supporting sales initiatives through innovative and excellence-driven delivery approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge in relevant areas

• Demonstrate strong influencing and advisory capabilities

• Own and drive team-level decision-making

• Collaborate with multiple teams to support strategic and operational decisions

• Provide solutions that impact multiple teams or cross-functional operations

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes

• Develop and execute detailed project plans including resource planning and scheduling

• Track project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and issues
