Position: VC Developer

Scope of Role

Regal Rexnord’s Digital Solutions team is seeking a Variant Configuration (VC)  Developer to strengthen our enterprise applications team. This role is ideal for an early to mid career professional with deep technical expertise in SAP architecture, and solution design — as well as leadership experience in guiding junior team members and influencing strategic direction.
The role is also expected to learn and support Logik.ai tool, which is a headless variant configuration tool powering Omni-channel configurator experiences across internal tools like Salesforce and website.

You will be responsible for leading the development and governance of advanced VC models that support global configurable product offerings. As a key technical authority, you collaborate across product, engineering, and IT teams to ensure that our SAP VC solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business goals.

You will work closely with Logik.ai admin team to help with the migration of VC models from ERP to Logik.ai

Qualifications

Technical Skills Required:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Variant Configuration (VC) design, and architecture

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Expertise in SAP VC including object dependencies (procedures, constraints, preconditions, selection conditions), class structures, and advanced configuration techniques

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments, with solid understanding of system architecture

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Familiarity with API integration concepts.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Eager to learn new configurator tool Logik.ai

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred
