Job Summary:
Belen ITS is hiring an experienced Web QA / BA Automation Tester to ensure high-quality delivery across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, preferably in the banking or financial domain, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress with TypeScript.

• Validate end-to-end business flows using SQL queries and backend data verification.

• Conduct test planning, test case preparation, test execution, and defect tracking.

• Use tools like BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing.

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams to understand requirements.

• Ensure defect documentation, reporting, and follow-up through the testing lifecycle.

• Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA/BA inputs to improve product quality.

• Support basic security and performance testing activities when required.

• Maintain high testing standards and ensure compliance with project and quality processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.

• Strong experience in Banking or Financial domain projects.

• Hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing.

• Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and TypeScript.

• Practical experience with BrowserStack or similar cloud testing tools.

• Good knowledge of SQL for backend and data validation.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Jasmine, or similar.

• Understanding of test lifecycle, defect management, and QA best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to security testing and performance testing tools.

• Experience working in hybrid or agile development environments.

Work Model & Shift Timings:

• First 3 months: 5 days Work From Office (Hyderabad – Madhapur).

• From 4th month onwards: Hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days WFH).

• Shift timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
